water/beer, food, shelter
Tonight, [info]jenscrowl and I are off to beautiful and hoppy Anderson Valley, for a microvacation. One night at a hotel, dinner about a mile from Anderson Valley Brewery, pack our things up tomorrow morning and head back to Oakland for a half-day's work (non-paid, at home work for Jen). Yay for beer.

Oh man, I love going out there :)

I got to AVBC late once, so I got the tour with the scary guy, he basically let us do a lot of random stuff they don't normally let you do on the tour.
So much fun.

We ended up arriving too late for the tour, and leaving too early. Micro vacations have some disadvantages. I've been to Boonville three times now, but never taken the tour.

Had some great beer, though. Including the AVB Barleywine, which I've only seen in that little restaurant/pub in the middle of Boonville.
